At FitNu Life, we are committed to helping our clients master their body, mind, and life through providing science and researched backed health & wellness solutions in virtual, online, and retreat spaces.
It is our pleasure to curate in-person interface at our World Of Wellness retreats and total wellness workshops across the globe. We guide our clients through all dimensions of wellness and help them achieve their best possible life experience guided by expert coaches and trainers.
FitNu Life Coaching took shape during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Rebranding a dance & movement company that had failed to thrive during the recession of 2020, founder "Coach" Brandi Nik Kilbourne decided to switch gears and pivot in the direction of remote and distance wellness coaching.
Through trial and error, she reversed her luck and created a new venture that helps people become happier, healthier, and wealthier through a combination of community coaching, education, mentorship, and wellness retreats.
OUR COMPANY MISSION is to make wellness accessible to all people with a primary focus on wellness equity for the systemically disenfranchised peoples of the world as a direct result of colonization, historical slavery or other systems of institutionalized oppression.
WE SEE wellness as an act of liberation AND an act of revolution. WE WANT total wellness access and equity for all.
THE INFINITY8 METHOD + GROWTH PLANS
The Infinity8 Method is a life mastery method developed by Coach Brandi Nik, which helps people grow happier, healthier, and wealthier through a system of 8 simple actionable steps. FitNu Life Coaching has developed the Growth Plans to help our clients achieve their life mastery goals. These programs are remote learning programs in which our expert coaches guide our clients through these steps in combination of online group chats, individual coaching calls, and virtual zoom meetings. These programs use Coach Brandi Nik's Infinity8 Method book series as its primary text study, and have a high level success rate.
STEP 1: MANAGE YOUR STRESS & ANXIETY
Our Emotional Wellness, Mental Health & Habit Development programs focus on releasing trauma, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and other domains of emotional healing in order to encourage positive health habit development. These programs are operated by professional therapists, coaches, and licensed mental health councilors with diverse backgrounds.
STEP 2: KNOW AND UNDERSTAND YOUR LIFE'S PURPOSE
French philosopher, mathematician, and scientist, René Descartes first postulated "I think, therefore I am."
We believe that true intelligence is the ability to learn, acquire and apply new skills and ideas. It requires a level of creativity and openness to new possibilities. Our intellectual wellness programs encourage us to think freely and creatively without limits.
The link between our spiritual maturity, intellect, and core beliefs help us arrive at the true nature and purpose of our existence. This is a truly liberating feeling, to know WHY you ARE.
STEP 3: GET INTO THE RIGHT SOCIAL CIRCLES
As human beings we are inherently social creatures. Research has shown that the quality of our interpersonal relationships influence to some degree our health and well-being.
Our Social Wellness & Interpersonal Relationships programs encourage networking, genuine social interaction, and fun. We celebrate each other and create memories with new friends.
STEP 4: ROOT YOURSELF IN THE BEST ENVIRONMENTS FOR SUCCESS
Discussions and workshops around establishing personal social and physical environments that are in alignment with your inner joy are held on a combination of both virtual and in person hikes through some of Earth's most beautiful natural backdrops.
Getting ourselves in nature and around good people is not only a mood booster, but it's been proven to increase longevity of life.
STEP 5: CREATE A LIFE OF DISCIPLINE BY TRAINING YOUR BODY AND MIND FOR SUCCESS
Our physical wellness program focus spans the domains of fat loss, building strength, body positivity, healthy sexuality, healthful nutrition, physical activity/fitness, overall health and quality of life.
Physical wellness is very closely related to mental wellness. In this step, we train the mind and body together to break the facade of physical or mental limitations during your life mastery process. Expect to transform yourself completely to reach new optimization levels. Discover your "peak state" of total health and wellness.
STEP 6: MONETIZE YOUR PURPOSE AND LIVE BY YOUR PURPOSE DAILY
Oftentimes when we think about our occupation we think in terms of career and job. But, how often do we think about it in terms of our purpose?
In our Occupational Wellness & Purpose programs, we encourage you to think about your purpose in life and to monetize your purpose in a way that is fulfilling and meaningful. Our goal is to help you discover how to truly walk in your purpose without wasting our most valuable asset in life--time.
STEP 7: CREATE YOUR FINANCIAL SUCCESS PLAN
What's the number one stressor of American families? Money. What about the number one reason that people don't invest in their health and wellness? Once again, money.
Financial wellness (including money accumulation, preservation, and legacy) is now accessible for all communities and is positively related to stress levels on both an individual and community basis.
We can't talk about Total Wellness and life mastery without talking about financial wellness. Our Financial Wellness programs educate families on ways to earn/accumulate money, investment vehicles, money preservation, and generational wealth.
STEP 8: STAY SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED
Our Spiritual Growth & Wellness programs focus on the yogic traditions of breath control/pranayama, meditation, fasting, and asana practice.
The Spiritual growth and wellness programs are not religious in nature and everyone is encouraged to practice regardless of their background.
