Coach Brandi Nik Kilbourne and Coach Sharon Morrell met in 2019 while working together at a health & fitness club in Connecticut. The bond was instant.

 

Coach Sharon brings 40+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym owner, and health consultant. Coach Brandi has 10+ years of experience in group fitness and 5+ years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Habit Change Specialist. Together, they have developed life changing programs delivered at your fingertips.
