COACH BRANDI NIK

Brandi Nik Kilbourne is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and health coach with 7 years of experience in personal fitness coaching and over 10 years experience in group coaching and leading movement classes. Coach Brandi Nik studied for her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with Siddhi Yoga based in Rishikesh, India. She enjoys traveling, dancing, singing, and helping others reach their full potential.


She is the founder of CNG Fit, LLC, FitNu Life and FITcation Retreats x FitNu Life. She is passionate to help individuals reach their fullest potential in life.

Develop physical wellness practices such as: a yoga practice, calming anxiety, reducing stress, eating healthfully, and balancing hormones.

TUESDAYS

Prioritize your intellectual wellness through a weekly Book Club discussion. We'll be reading one book per month that will broaden your knowledge on key life mastery subjects.

WEDNESDAYS

Focus on the behavioral skills and habits that can help support mental health and emotional wellness. This is where we release our shadow self, let go of limited beliefs, and open up our life for new potential and possibilities.

THURSDAYS

Evaluate your environmental choices by asking the hard questions such as: Is your environment bringing you joy? Do you have the right energies surrounding you? What is your contribution to the environments you are engaged with?

FRIDAYS

Learn how to achieve financial freedom for you and your family. You will learn the tools needed to achieve financial freedom and wealth including (but not limited to) stock market investing, credit repair, the law of attraction, automated saving, entrepreneurship, and releasing the generational curse of poverty. You will also learn how to determine if the work you are doing is fulfilling your life's purpose. If you don't know your life's purpose, that's okay! That's what this club is all about.
